SILCA Impero Ultimate Frame Pump
Along with big tubes, aluminum, monocoque carbon frame construction, and power meters, something fell out of favor in exchange for weight, aesthetics, and progress in the form of the CO2 cartridge: The venerable frame pump.
Silca, now based in the United States under the wing of former Zipp Technical Director Josh Poertner, has resurrected the high-quality frame pump with the Impero Ultimate. Pushing incredible volume, the Impero inflates tires in the blink of an eye, wedging neatly under the toptube of your frame, with fitment adjustable using the Silicone boot at the pump handle that keeps it from rattling and from damaging frame paint. Made and engineered in Indianapolis, the Impero is the new (and one of the only) standards for frame pumps.
NOTE: The Impero Ultimate is sold in varying lengths for different sized bikes. Sizing is NOT frame size, it is space measured from point to point as shown in sizing chart graphic.
